Application Process

Before applying for accommodation for the Tralee Town Centre Apartments, we would recommend reading the following before continuing with the Application Form:

Arrival Date: 

If you are unsure of the exact arrival date, please submit a date as accurately as you can. Once we have received the application form, we will email you to clarify this.

Departure Date: 

If you are unsure of the exact departure date, please submit a date as accurately as you can. Once we have received the application form, we will email you to clarify this.

Permanent Address: 

Your home address where you normally residing.

Please Select Room Type:

As such, different rates apply for the room you select.

PPS Number:

This is only applicable to Irish Applicants.

E-mail address: 

We require your main working email as this will be our main point of contact with you. Please ensure your correct email address is included.

Vehicle Details: 

If you require a parking space, please fill in the subsequent questions.

Health and Emergency: 

It is extremely important that this part of the application is filled out in the case of an emergency. If you have any health issues, please state these. If you have no health issues that you are aware of, you can place “Not Applicable” in the relevant space.

As such, all details provided are kept confidential.

Sharing request: 

Should you request any other applicants to stay with you in the same apartment, then their names need to be stated. As there is a maximum of four people per apartment, take this into consideration when entering the relevant details. Random allocations occur for any empty rooms.

Please include this information as this gives us an insight to how our applicants are made aware of our property. All details provided are again kept confidential.

Process for Room Booking:

Once we have received your application, we will then proceed to email you to clarify all details are correct and to provide you with further documentation that we require.

  • These documents include a Guarantor and a Health & Safety Form.
  • We would also request a passport photo to be included separately to these forms.
  • With these forms, we will include the full breakdown of all costs including our payment options.
  • Finally, once these completed forms are returned, payment can next be taken.


These payment options include:

Debit/Credit Card:

Please attach a note with the other requested documentation in order for us to contact you for payment. This can be taken over our phoneline with a receipt then being promptly emailed to you.

Bank Transfer:

Our bank details will be emailed you once all forms are received in full. Once the transfer is made, the payment may take on average 2-5 working days to be received. We will then email you with a receipt over we have been notified of your payment.
