For the College Year 2018/2019 the Room Rates are as follows:

Please note that the below charges include the utility charge of €150.00 per semester and the security deposit of €350.00

Double Room	2 Semesters	€75.00 x 37 weeks = €3425.00
Single Room	2 Semesters	€70.00 x 37 weeks = €3240.00

Double Room	1 Semester	€75.00 x 19 weeks = €1925.00
Single Room	1 Semester	€70.00 x 19 weeks = €1830.00

Please note that you can pay rent in one, two or four instalments.

We accept credit cards or cheques/drafts made payable to Abdon Limited. You also have the option of paying by direct debit.

A deposit of €350.00 is payable prior to the date of arrival as security. The deposit is refunded subject to the unit and its contents being left in a clean and tidy condition and providing all outstanding payments have been made.
